Abstract

This study aimed to provide a model for improving the quality of women's and girls' leisure time in the family with an approach based on physical activity in Isfahan province. This research was carried out using a qualitative method with a systematic approach of grounded theory. The theoretical population consisted of knowledgeable and experienced women's sports and leisure professors who also used the snowball method for sampling. The data collection tool and method were semi-structured individual interviews, and the interviews continued until the theoretical saturation of 15 interviews. For data analysis, a systematic approach includes three main steps: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. In the axial coding stage, the connection between the following categories of causal conditions (support of important others, organizing, applicability of activities, institutionalization of activities); context factors (environmental attractions, environmental conditions, sports attractions(; interfering factors (evolutionary changes, cultural and social barriers, gender hegemony, macro trends, structural barriers); strategies (education and culture building, measures to support women's recreational sports, promotion and development of physical activities, respect for the dignity of women and girls, justice in the implementation of activities, media support) and consequences of qualifying women's leisure time (reducing behavioral disorders, individual empowerment, collective empowerment, increasing participation) in terms of coding paradigm in Sports manufacturing corporations was determined; also in selective coding phases, each component of coding paradigm described. The province's sports managers can use the signs, concepts and categories identified in their plans to improve the leisure time of women and girls in the family with an approach based on physical activity and use the proposed appropriate strategies to compensate for the backwardness and development of women's sports.

Abstract

Aims: Klebsiella pneumoniae is a Gram-negative opportunistic pathogen. The carbapenems are effective therapeutic choice for the treatment of Klebsiella pneumonia infections. Carbapenemases are a group of enzymes capable of hydrolyzing carbapenems. This study was to introduce phenotypic and genotypic methods to identify the carbapenemase-producing isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae.
Materials & Methods: this study was to introduce phenotypic and genotypic methods to identify the carbapenemase-producing isolates of Klebsiella pneumoniae. The Modified Hodge Test (MHT) was performed to determine the susceptibility of isolates to antibiotics. The final products of PCR were electrophoresed on agarose gel.
Findings: The highest rate of resistance were observed for piperacillin (84%) and the lowest for ertapenem (50%). The majority of MHT positive isolates was from urine (64.7%), while abdominal and cerebrospinal fluids (0%) were the lowest. In addition, the ICU wards with 47 (69.1%) and the emergency units with 4 (5.9%) samples, had the most and the least frequent cases, respectively. MHT was positive in 68 K. pneumoniae isolates, but none of them were positive for blaKPC gene.
Conclusion: The blaKPC gene has low prevalence in the Isfahan City, Iran.

Obtained alpha for internal marketing is 0.87 and for critical thinking is 0.88 and for management styles is 0.90.To data analysis statistical methods of Amos correlation coefficient and SPSS software of data by Spearman software and regression analysis and structural equations were used. The results confirmed the presented conceptual model and show that there is a relationship between internal marketing and critical thinking of employees and also show that internal marketing have significant and positive effect on critical thinking with regard to management style.

Abstract

Structural analysis of classic narrative works preapare the way to investigate the components of a story within the language. Mehr and Mah has a complete plot and another capabilities in order to analyze. In lyrical system of so called collection poetic and emotional function of language is dominated on other roles. The relationship between language and narrative and decelerating species can be so interpreted. When the narrator of the story focuses on himself, the (+) emotive function of language is more salient , and when he or she  describes the actions, actors and other phenomena (+) the literary function of language shows itself, because in this extent generally more figures _due to an style of old story_ are used. Descriptions of natural phenomena, the appearance of characters and even the details of some lyric acts like hunting, night wedding, banquet and… reduce narrative acceleration. In this part, the poetic function is apparent. Mental complaints, whispering to himself, speaking with the language inspired by the elements of nature and … because of specific texture that mainly associated with vocative particles has a direct relationship with emotive function of lyric language. Abstract

This research intends to identify and assess effect of personal factors and materiality of wrongdoing on whistle-blowing. Combination of qualitative and quantitative methods is applied and in qualitative method, Delphi technique used to identify each factor components in 4 stages applying Kenad’s coefficient which was 0/433. Then, in quantitative method, based on result of Delphi technique, a questionnaire was provided and its validity confirmed by CVI and CVR measures. Reliability confirmed by Cronbach’s alpha of 0/766. Therefore, questionnaire was distributed in target population and 274 were completed by medical staff and hospital administration in Alzahra Hospital of Isfahan. Gathered data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Results showed that goodness of fit and the model has reasonable adaption with experimental data. In appraising two factors of Personal and Materiality of Wrongdoing. Effect of Materiality of wrongdoing was accepted, but the effect of personal factors was not accepted.
