Abstract
Background: Nocardia as a Gram-positive bacillus with a microscopic appearance of branching hyphae can produce considerable disease in an appropriable host. N. facinica is a member of genus Nocardia that is potentially life threatening; therefore, therapy of N. farcinica infection remains difficult.
Case presentation: This study is a case report of disseminated N. farcinica infection in a 64-year-old man with a history of pneumoconiosis with brain, lung, and skin involvement in Labbafi Nejad hospital, Tehran, IR Iran in November 2013 with a discussion about diagnosis and management of this particular patient.
Conclusion: Due to the involvement of brain, triple therapy was started with meropenem, amikacin, and linezolid.

Abstract
The present article aimed at studing the effects of ecocity approach on coastal city development. To illustrate the issue, we first tried to deal with the problems of city development in the coastal areas, the damages caused by the lack of attention of city builders to delicate and fragile coastal areas and the coditions governing the interaction of land and sea areas.
We then reviewed the most common approaches in building new cities. Our findings showed that ecocity can have positive effects and influences on the development of coastal cities, because in ecocity building, the special local conditions are taken into account.
The evidence and experiences of successful cities in the world imply the importance of ecocity approach in planning and designing of coastal cities.
There fore some of the factors that are influential in the optimal development of the coastal city of Babolsar were tested.
The results showed that by employing factors such as the reduction of ecological footprint around the river of Babolrood, diversification of activities in city areas, vertical development in old parts of the city and its suburbs and raising the socio – economic status of the citizens, the ongoing problems of the city of Babolsar can be resolved.

In period of gajar, saw the presence of Europeans for various commercial, political, religious, military, and tourist destinations. A group of these Europeans recorded their daily observations in the form of travel logs. The Iranian folklore, including beliefs and beliefs, as well as the customs of the Iranian people of the gajar era, can be viewed and extracted from the context of their notes. Travel writers for some reasons, such as the external look of Iranian society, Western curiosity, etc., have provided valuable material to researchers of the cultural and social history of the gajar period. For example, the Iranian perspective on the cultural issue of marriage and divorce, which is one of the most significant aspects of the Iranian identity of the gajar period, can be cited. The present research responds to the question of how European journalists from the gajar era have drawn one of the most important customs of Iranians, namely marriage and divorce. The purpose of this paper is to examine the status of marriage and divorce and the expression of the value and position of the woman and the kind of society's view as one of the most important aspects of Iranian identity of the gajar period from the viewpoint of gajar periodical travel writers, which is based on descriptive-analytical method Travel logs are written.
