Abstract
Aims: The Scomberoides commersonnianus (Talang Queenfish) is in the Persian Gulf waters and constitutes a part of catches in Arab states of the Persian Gulf. Fish food habits are important in understanding food chains. The aim of this study was to evaluate the diet composition of Talang Queenfish in the coastal water of Hormozgan province.
Materials & Methods: In this experimental study, 422 Talang Queenfish were collected from coastal waters of Bandar Abbas. Total length and fork length were calculated. The weight was measured by a digital scale and recorded on a special sampling sheet. Tables and charts were drawn, using Excel 2007 software, and the data were analyzed, using SPSS 20 software by T Paoli tests and Pearson correlation coefficient.
Findings: The minimum and maximum fork length was 18 cm and 86 cm, respectively, and the mean fork length was 54.282cm. With increasing the fork length, fish weight increased with exponential model (r=0.0151; p<0.05). The length and weight of fish showed a high correlation (r=0.98; p<0.05). The highest gastrosomatic index was in November and the lowest was in June. The vacuity index was 62.32. The food preferences were fish, Crustacean, and Molluscs. The main food of Scomberoides commersonnianus was Anchovies, and the subsidiary food included Hairtail Fish, Goldstripe sardinella, Ponyfish, Silver sillago, Catfish, Threadfin Bream, Goatfish and other Clupeidae fishes.
Conclusion: According to the vacuity index, this fish does not eat a lot. The food preferences are fish, Crustacean, and Molluscs and Anchovies is the main food. The subsidiary food included Hairtail Fish, Goldstripe sardinella, Ponyfish, Silver sillago, Catfish, Threadfin Bream, Goatfish and other Clupeidae fishes.

Abstract
Tacit knowledge of startup entrepreneurs is sharable and will improve in a mutual process of co-learning and sharing. This process plays the key role in launching a new business, but it is happen seldom among startup entrepreneurs’ because they are so sensitivity to their startups ideas. As the research goal is to identify factors affecting knowledge sharing among startup entrepreneurs’, we have selected a methodology of narrative cased study. In this qualitative research in order to collect information, we have conducted a deep semi-structured interviews with 18 knowledge aspirants’ startup entrepreneurs (11 male and 7 female; including 13 IT startups and 5 other services entrepreneurs). Coding, categorizing, and analyzing verbal evidences of startup entrepreneurs’ interviews, has been conducted by ATLAS.ti. Software. Research findings showed in an integrated design of triplet factors affecting sharing knowledge among startup entrepreneurs; (1) individual factors (including personal beliefs and motives, connecting with social networks, interpersonal communication skills, trust, fear of sharing, awareness of knowledge sources, and family), (2) Organizational factors (leadership style, strategy, technology, motivation and reward system, organizational rules, culture and structure) and (3) environmental factors (industry national environment, business national environment, industry international environment and business specific environment such as customers and competitors relations.

Abstract
Natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and hurricanes are integral part of human life in the communities of developed and developing countries. Earthquakes as a natural disaster have been posed inevitable risks to everyone who has been lived in the earth planet. The map of earthquakes in Iran shows that the most populated areas are located in the Zagros and Alborz Piedmonts especially in Qazvin province that are vulnerable to earthquake.
This research uses the qualitative and quantitative methods to respond a basic question, how is the vulnerability level of rural areas according to earthquake in Qazvin province? To respond these question firstly 19 vulnerability indicators were selected according to the theoretical studies and indices were weighted by the expert's questioner. Finally, the rural area was ranked by TOPSIS method. The Results showed that the rural areas of Qazvin and Boein Zahra counties are the more vulnerable areas in elative to other counties of the province. To formulate the strategies of earthquake risk reduction, 29 villages were selected by cluster sampling and then it was estimated the samples by Cochrane method. To gather the data, 386 households were selected by random method.
The data analysis by the quantitative methods especially SWOT method also show that to decrease the earthquake risk between the studied villages, it is necessary to consider the earthquake risk management formwork in all earthquake phases. These phases include data collection and identification of earthquake risk, describe the risk, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, estimination the damage Quality, risk acceptance and planning to reduce injuries in all stages the earthquake (before, during and after). In order to reduce vulnerability of rural settlements in Qazvin County it is necessary to increase the awareness, skills, knowledge, institutional capacity, environmental carrying capacity (improve the quality of housing, infrastructure, and access to services).

Abstract
Este’areh is one of the most important poetic devices and of portraiture elements in carrying imagination in poetry to an extreme. History of this rhetorical topic dates back to Aristotle's Poetics and the topic of Este'areh in Arabic and Persian literature emanates from the same source. English equivalent of Este'areh is Metaphor. But, are these two exactly the same or they differ from each other? Here, pointing out the opinions of Sakkaki and Jorjani, the definition of Este'areh and its various types are given briefly first; then its difference from Metaphor is investigated. The result of the investigation is that although Metaphor, too, is a variation of metaphoric expression, its aim is not expression of beauty of simile, but transfer of meaning. Este'areh and Metaphor differ from each other because the former is based on simile and similarity, but the latter is based on "free association."
