Abstract

Objectives: In recent years, the study of the concepts of resilience in different urban areas at different scales has attracted special attention, although the level and number of these studies are very small. Especially in the city of Tehran, which has entered the modern period from traditionl period ,the issue can be considered.
Methods: in the current research , first through library studies in the filed, items related to physical , environmental and social resilience in residential complexes were extracted.then, in these complexes, there are many modes of this type of resilience , which can be achieved by studying and classifying them to the degree of desirability of these complexes. the case study ,studied in this research is kOI No bonyad residential complex, because it is very popular despite the fact that it was built a long time ago .this research is done with interpretive method and in the form of qualitative and quantitative analysis. questionnaire, which was distributed among the residents of this complex to measure the level of physical -environmental and social resilience.
finding: from the findings of this research , it can be seen tha ASP foundation complex(ASP towers)has high level of resilience despite its high construction year.
conclusion: with the investigation done, the patterns used in the complex, which caused its durability , popularity and high resilience , can be used in the design of modern residential complexes so that we can have lasting buildings.

Abstract

Residents of Lorestan province have two distinguished dialects: “Bakhtiari Lori” and “Persian Lori” and Laki dialect where Laki speakers of North and west of Lorestan express many of their traditions, customs and cultural attributes in the form of distiches in Laki oral or written. From these distiches, which express people’s traditions, customs and culture in this region, we can mention some of distiches of divination in “Chelsoru” and “Mur”. The aim of this article, which has been done based on the sources of library benefiting from descriptive and analytical method, is to dis cover the relationship among distiches and Laki  women and men, and in this field, it is noted in the distiches of divination in “Chel soru” , which is called happy poems, women’s clothing has been described as “ Sarvan, Sardari, Kolanjah, Koush, Keras, Zeir Jamah and different jewels where we can easily observe their social status and properties. In “Mur”, poems which contain sad and melancholic themes, it seems that men’s clothing is better described than women’s cover. In some verses of these poems, the similarity of clothing between Median authorities and Zoroastrian speakers of this province has been noted.

Abstract

aims: In this article, Shamsiya of Yazd, a complex of the 8th century A.H, is examined through the lens of two historical texts "Tarikh-e Yazd" (by Ja’fari) and "Tarikh-e Jadid-e Yazd" (by Kateb) - both from the 9th century. The differences between these 2 descriptions and with the remains of the building, provides a framework for understanding this building and its perception in the past.

Methods: This article, using the historical-interpretive method, first deals with the identification of the Shamsiya complex in the Waqfname (endowment letter) of Jame’ Al-Khairat, and then compares the descriptions of Ja’fari and Kateb with each other and with the Waqfname and building itself. Secondly, it will list the differences among descriptions. Finally, considering social backgrounds and textual context, it will recognize the Shamsiya collection and the way it was looked upon.

Findings: The main difference between Jafari's text and Kateb's about Shamsiya is the type of reference to decorative details and water supply corridors. Also, while the texts of the 9th century mention two madrasas in this complex, only one madrasa is mentioned in Jame’ Al-Khairat. There are other minor differences between them also.

Conclusion: The key to understand the differences lies in two authors' different perspectives; While Ja'fari pays attention to the whole building and the surface water passages, Kateb weighs more to the decorative detail and underground water. Also, the difference between the social background of the 9th and the 8th century has caused the building of Dar al-Siyadeh to gradually become "Madrasa".

Abstract

In this paper, a laminated composite plate, which was subjected to bending fatigue load, was modeled based on the strength degradation theory of the composites. Also, effects of the fiber directions in the layers and layer stacking on the fatigue life of the plate were studied. First, the governing equation of the laminate plate in bending was obtained by the Navier theory. Then, by solving the governing equation, the deflection and stresses in the plies of each layer were obtained. Finally, using the Brotman-Sahu strength degradation theory, reduction of strength and stiffness in each layer of the plate in each loading step was determined. The data which were obtained in each step were used to specify the data and material properties of the next solution step. This process was repeated until a fatigue failure in the fiber or matrix began in one or more layer(s). Using the sudden death theory and iteration of the solution process, the final fatigue life of symmetric laminates with various stacking and fiber direction was investigated. In the numerical results, the carbon/epoxy composite laminate with different layer stacking was studied.

Abstract

Many researchers have been considered biomass utilization due to reduction of greenhouse gas effects and environmental impact recently. Achieving a system with the best performance for the application of this type of fuel with low calorific value is to be one of the topics of interest to researchers. This study focus on precise modeling of biomass gasification and design a trigeneration system to produce cooling, heating and electricity using this clean source of energy. In the process modeling of biomass gasification a realistic model includes tar content in syngas is developed. A parametric study of trigeneration system to find the objective functions trend and to achieve the best performance parameter is carried out. Results show that two objective functions in the reasonable range have conflict which emphasis to the multi-objective optimization. Also, with draw Pareto front curve, a suitable relation to estimate the trend of objective functions is derived.

Abstract

Measurement and measurement is vital for any organization. The management and performance appraisal system as one of the management processes play a key role in realizing the goals and missions of the organization. The purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors of multilevel performance management of the Applied Higher Education Institution of Applied Water and Power industry which are based on a balanced scorecard. The present research is applicable to the purpose. The research method is exploratory blend. The statistical population of the research is the experts of the Applied Higher Education Institute of Water and Power Industry, which has at least 5 years of education management experience and has a master's degree. By using a targeted and judgmental sampling method, an interview was conducted with experts from the statistical community, After 15 interviews with experts on the subject of research, theoretical saturation was obtained. The results of the interview were analyzed by the three-step coding method and were identified and presented at three levels: individual, group, and organizational levels in the form of four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.

Abstract

There are some factors that can pose limit before the performance of obligations and cause obligation to be changed or terminated at all. These factors can have legal or voluntary origins, each of which can be explicit or implicit. Among the factors of administrative origin are the conditions of construction or collusion that can change the obligation. The parties to the obligation in this condition agree to the obligation before or during the contract and make the obligation based on it. The masonry condition without an obligatory statement can be based on the implicit will to change the limits and this can be either increasing or decreasing the obligation and is applicable in property and related rights of individuals and can be an obligation committed to the development and/ or reduce and finally, if not committed to it, could cause the termination or invalidity of the obligation by the parties.
