 الملخص:
مع اختلاط فکر وثقافه الأمم المختلفه، أدی الفکر العابر للقومیات، مع ظهور الثورات فی أمریکا اللاتینیه ومثقفین النخب الثقافیه فی المجتمعات العربیه، إلی انهیار جدار الإثنیه وتجاوز الحدود الجغرافیه وکسر الحدود اللغویه فی النهایه. لذلک، لم یستغرق الأمر وقتاً طویلاً حتی یتم دمج الثقافات والأفکار الوطنیه لمختلف البلدان والمجموعات العرقیه إلی حد کبیر. من بین الفئات التی تتکون منها الأفکار العابره للحدود، هناک موضوعات أدبیه تظهر فی أدب الشعوب العربیه أکثر من أی أمه أخری. من بین الکتاب الذین تأثروا بالأفکار العابره للحدود أکثر من أی شخص آخر فی المجتمع العربی، یمکن ذکر «نازک الملائکه» و«عبد الوهاب البیاتی». نظراً لأن موضوعات المناقشه العابره للحدود واسعه جداً، فإنَّ البحث الحالی یحاول أن کشف، بالاعتماد علی المنهج الوصفی التحلیلی، للتحقیق فی المقاربات العابره للحدود فی قصائد الشعراء المعنیین فقط من حیث قضیه الجنس (ذکر وأنثی) والإجابه عن السؤال أدناه: عبر الوطنیه للجندر، کیف وبأی شکل ظهر فی شعر هذین الشاعرین؟ تظهر نتائج البحث أن أشعار عبد الوهاب البیاتی أکثر تأثراً بواقع الحیاه والتجارب الشخصیه ونتیجه مخیلته للمرأه ومفهوم إیجابی عن المرأه، ووجهه نظر نازک الملائکه هی بسبب الضغوط النفسیه اللاواعیه والأوضاع الاجتماعیه لمکان الحیاه، فکره الرجل بالنسبه لها أکثر تأثراً من تصوراتها ومفاهیمها الذهنیه، وبذلک تمکنوا من التعبیر عن هذا البعد من المفاهیم العابره للحدود فی قصائدهما.

In terms of writing style, they also have differences. It seems that Bastani Parisi has made his text more beautiful and simple by using jokes, anecdotes, memories, poems and proverbs in his book, which basically makes the audience of his travelogue not tired of reading and More interested than following the travelogue. His main goal of choosing this style was to focus on the audience and embellish the dry and soulless realities of travel and its events and turn them into a more literary and attractive text for the audience. On the other hand, it seems that only Shadiyag spoke about some issues, such as the issue of women and hijab, the employment of numbers and figures, the precise and detailed description of architectures, the travelogue-like reporting style that makes his travelogue even more to be noticed by the audience. It seems that this difference in the ideology of these two writers goes back to their worldview, which issues are more valuable and less valuable for each of them.

In this study, Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria were used for production of blackberry and celery probiotic beverages in two concentrations of 1 and 2% at ambient temperature and refrigerator. The tests included determination of pH, titratable acidity, counting viability of target microorganisms and sensory evaluation. The results showed that with passing time and growth of target bacteria in blackberry and celery beverages, pH was significantly dropped. The results of counting viability showed that among all samples, blackberry beverage containing 2% of the bacteria stored in the refrigerator after 28 days had the highest viability of microorganisms, which is 8.25×10⁷ CFU/ml as well as celery beverage containing 2% of probiotic bacteria stored in the refrigerator after 21 days had the highest viability of microorganisms, 4.02×10⁷ CFU/ml, than the other samples, of which two samples were in these conditions Still called by the name of probiotic beverage. The sensory evaluation also showed that the sensory properties of the BLR₁ (Blackberry beverage with 1% bacteria in refrigerator), BLR₂ (Blackberry beverage with 2% bacteria in refrigerator) and CLR₁ (Celery beverage with 2% bacteria in refrigerator) with their evidence samples also scored without significant difference, but in general, samples of celery beverage scored more than blackberry beverage. From the findings, it can be concluded that blackberry and celery beverages were suitable raw material for growth of Lactobacillus plantarum.

  تصویرهای اشاری تصویرهایی هستند که شاعر با استفاده از متون دیگر به آفرینش آن ها پرداخته است و تجربه های ادبی خویش را برای رساندن معنی مقصود خویش به کار بسته است. در نظام های مفهومی پژوهش های نقدی معاصر این مفهوم با نام هایی چون بینامتنیت، فراخوانی شخصیات، به کارگیری میراث ونقاب نمایان شده وهمه ی آن ها را شامل می شود. این پژوهش بر آن است تا با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی آنچه را که شاعر معاصر لبنانی خلیل حاوی از مصادر میراث عربی وجهانی به کار برده تا به کمک آن ها تصاویر اشاری خود را درباره ی مرگ و مفاهیم و مسائلی که به آن مربوط است بیافریند، در حد توان بررسی و از آن ها پرده بردارد. نتایج بحث گویای آن است که اشعار خلیل حاوی مالامال از اندیشه ی برخاسته از میراث ادب عربی، اسطوره های بومی و غیربومی با بهره گیری از الگوهای ادبیات عربی و جهانی (متنبی، معری، جبران خلیل جبران، الیوت و لورکا) و متون دینی (انجیل و قرآن کریم) می باشد که شاعر با خلاقیت این متون را در تار و پود شعر خویش جای داده و با تبدیل آن ها به جزئی از شعر خود به نوآوری سبکی و مضمونی همت گماشته است.
