Abstract

Problem: Structure is a term that creates meaning for the framework of formation of different shapes and is able to create targeted condition for formation and even interference for shapes.
Target: It is to be noted that this process of formation of shapes is based on defined module and this module is regarded as infrastructure for layout of shapes and is accompanied with social exchanges, activities and equilibrium; since, if a space has great amount of quality and eligibility, it is able to attract more amount of people and turned into a place for gathering social groups and collecting social groups based on different layers of social classes is effective on geometrical structure of a complex and is also regarded as basis for formation of merged geometrical principles in general structure of a shape; since, if this principle is not correctly regarded as equilibrium, the motion system of different classes are not directed toward correct path and finally leads to interference of motion layer, lack of eligibility and localization of space.
Method: Thus, it is attempted through benefiting from interpretative and historical nature to geometrically analyze this set and describe its elementary structure as intact form and then by benefiting from deductive reasoning to describe details of this set from viewpoint of general structure and due to analytical tables, it is possible to obtain better understanding from relationship of geometrical system with structure of set and in continuation of this process, through raising hypothesis (probably formalism by Klaus Herdeg).
Result: It is possible to obtain conformity of geometrical pattern originated from structure of this set and recognizing groups obtained from conformity of motor structure of layers in Naghshe Jahan square that is effective on political and economic issues of this set.

Abstract

Sustainable competitive advantage is crucial for organizations to survive in modern competitive environment. Since competitive advantage based on creativity is one of the most crucial factors for the survival of current organizations, factors influencing organizational creativity processes should be considered at organizational decision-making level. As many people and factors are involved in organizational creativity, decision-making becomes complex and unstructured real world issues with chaotic systems behavior, and consequently, hard operation research methods are not able to represent and solve it properly.  Soft system methodology is one operation research’s methods applied to represent, structure and solve complex problems. Therefore, in this study, which is part of a PhD thesis, in addition to explaining the soft system methodology’s steps, we describe how the first four stages of the Checkland soft system methodology were applied to represent and structure the sustainable organizational creativity problem in detail. The conceptual model was created based on information gathered from experts and specialists in organized meetings and in-depth interviews who were exposed to data previously collected in reviewing individual, group and organizational creativity existing research results. At the end of these meetings and interviews we designed and developed a rich picture, root definitions, CATWOE analysis and the conceptual model for organizational creativity.

Abstract

This research aims at presenting the IT  maturity model in Iran's governmental organizations. This research is an applied one in terms of the objective and is correlational and descriptive in terms of the nature. The research has bad been conducted in a survey method. The statistical population of this research included senior managers and IT experts of organization, which 27 persons were selected non-randomly and by judgment sampling method. A questionnaire based on the combinational model (including 24 main components and 64 questions) has been used to collect information. The opinions of the professors and experts have been used in order to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and the Cronbach's alpha has been used to measure the reliability of the questionnaires. Descriptive statistics including mean and standard deviation have been used in order to analyze the questionnaire. Also, one-sample t-test has been used in order to compare the mean of components (questions) with the mean of data. This test has been performed with 95% confidence level and a 5% error rate. Based on the results of this test, the components have been classified into three categories less than the mean (significant), in the mean (insignificant) and more than the mean (significant). Research findings show that the registration documents organization is in the level 2(awareness) in terms of the maturity. This level also indicates that this organization is aware of the situation of IT and its needs in this area and is planning to improve it.

Abstract

Objectives: Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 is the causative agent of Acquired Immunodeficiency syndrome “AIDS” in human and demonstration of HIV-1 genome in samples is accepted as evidence of infection. Transmission of Infection during window period in blood transfusion settings is a world wide concern. Also there is a need for a rapid, sensitive and accurate technique to detect HIV-1 infection prior to antibody appearance in patients and new borns. Material and Method: A rapid Visual DNA Chip based on RT-Nested PCR and Enzyme-Substrate detection system was developed. At first a specific RT-Nested PCR was developed and the products were confirmed in gel electrophoresis and the products were labeled with DIG (Digoxigenin). The labeled products were then hybridized with the pre-prepared chip with an anchored specific probe. After the washing procedure an antibody against DIG conjugated with alkaline phosphates enzyme was used. After the second washing procedure the BCIP/NBT substrate was used and development of color was interpreted as positive while the negative samples developed no color. Results: 35 sera samples from different stages of HIV infection (AIDS, Asymptomatic and Symptomatic Infection) as well as 20 confirmed negative sera samples were collected and checked with the developed assay. All the positive samples developed reaction while the negative samples had no reaction. Conclusion: In the current study the developed assay showed high sensitivity and specificity to detect HIV-1 infection. It seems that the viral genome could be detected prior to antibody appearance and hence the window period could be shortened. Also the assay could be used to detect infection in new borns from infected mothers, because the maternal antibody could pass the placenta and antibody based assay have false positive results. Because of the high sensitivity, the developed assay could also detect infection in very low viral load conditions.

Abstract

Customer retention is one of the most important issues of any organization and finding a way to retain and maintain the customer is one of the critical needs of any organization. The main purpose of the present study in the field of machine learning is to focus on the problem of correctly identifying customer needs with a method based on extracting opinion and sentiment analysis and quantifying customers' sentiment orientation. In the other word, the main issue is to design a Recommender System to provide appropriate services in accordance with customer satisfaction, sentiment, and experiences.
The proposed method is that customers' opinions and experiences are obtained by evaluating tweets containing hashtags with the titles and headings of banking services as statistical population, and after revision,  it results in providing correlation scores in terms of people's sentiment score due to the tweets, cosine similarity and reliability, consideration of relevant characteristic groups as well as recorded ideas in the training and testing process, in the form of submitting personalized offer to receive banking services.
In order to represent a recommending solution, suitable classification methods are used along with opinion mining methods and proper validation approach as well, and the terminal designed system with a little error will take steps to provide personalized services as well as help banking system.
Since there is no thorough provision of banking services tailored to the customers’ situation, so in this regard, the mentioned system will be extremely beneficial.

Abstract

Equity, for resolving disputes by a judge or an arbitrator, is sometimes used as a general principle of law ("equity") and sometimes as the high moral principles that can put aside the law ("ex aequo et bono"). A part from the practical effects of distinction between these concepts, it is settled that they are different from each other in several aspects. The origin of equity, in its present sense, dates back in national laws to the Roman Germanic system of law to 1625, on the basis of the Aristotle's thoughts in this regard, and in international law to 1920. Equitable solution, on the basis of ex aequo et bono relates, in domestic law, under the influence of Uncitral Arbitration Rules, to 1976 and, in international law, to 1920. Equity is usually a legal norm which, in decision making, is taken into consideration as a part of law. While the nature of ex aequo et bono is a judicial discretion on the basis of which the judge, disregarding the law, decides about the matter. There is often no need to the consent of disputing parties regarding equity, but use of ex aequo et bono, in any case, requires the consent of the parties. Equity in the law of Iran, except within the context of Art.27 (3) of the International Commercial Arbitration Act, has been used as a general principle of law, often implicitly, in the law and legal precedents.

Abstract
Due to the mechanical behavior of brb braces and concrete frames differing, combining these shows complex behavior in a seismic. It can be used to dual system Brb-Rcf in a concrete moment frame to Improve structural responses. Considering that the behavior of the BRB brace in compression and tension is similar; It can solve the unbalanced force in the Double-K bracing system. The desirability of the Double-K arrangement and its combination with the RCF system as a dual system should be investigated in order to investigate the possibility of using Double-K braces in the RCF system and reducing residual deformations in the case of the dual system. For this purpose, a series of buildings have been analyzed and designed in three structural systems: Rcf, dual frame with brb brace, and bare frame with brb brace according to relevant valid regulations. The pushover and time history analysis have been done, and the capacity curves, base shear, and residual deformation have been investigated and studied. Adding brb braces to the concrete moment frame and dually using them increased the structure's capacity. In the studied structures, from 84% increase capacity in 4-story structure to 94% increase capacity in 12-story structure. This increase is due to the interaction of the concrete moment frame and the brb braces in a dual system. Also, the use of brb braces has made the structure repairable. Because in the concrete structure of the moment frame and the bare frame, the failures were concentrated in the beams and a little in the columns, respectively, but in the structure with Brb-Rcf, the losses were mainly transferred to the braces, which are easily replaceable. Also, the reduction of residual deformation of the structure reduces causes the cost of repair and reconstruction in the structure. Investigations on the formation of hinge showed Due to the Double-K brace that no hinge was formed in the middle of the columns. the losses were mainly transferred to the braces, which are easily replaceable. Also, the reduction of residual deformation of the structure reduces causes the cost of repair and reconstruction in the structure. It was also observed that the structure in combination with the brace in the Brb-Rcf system is designed more economically and with fewer consumables. It is shown in the structure of 8, 4 & 12 story; that the base shear has increased in the frames with brb braces and this increase has been greater in the dual system due to the bending frame and the brb braces. Also, in the hinge, it was observed that the failures of the double structure were less and the types of failures were better according to the replaceability. In general, due to less failure and more base shear that the dual system  structure has, it can be said that the stiffness and resistance due to the interaction of the bending frame and the non-buckling brace has increased, which is the result of the good performance of the dual structure. By comparing the base shear, the suitability of these values with the bearing analysis is clear, so that there also the results showed the increase of the base shear due to the interaction of the frame and the non-buckling brace.
