In the cases that a reviewer suspects an undisclosed conflict of interest in a submitted manuscript or a reader suspects an undisclosed conflict of interest in a published article (all authors must fill out the ICMJE Form for Disclosure of Potential Conflicts of Interest at the submission time) Health Education and Health Promotion will follow COPE’s guideline on Conflicts of Interest/Competing Interests.
